Netiquette Quote of The Day - Business Ethics and Netiquette - Via Netiquette IQ

My last blog addressed items which a recruiter looks for. In writing about and speaking with people about Netiquette in the area of of job seeking and employment processes, one subject which always comes up is that recruiters and employers are becoming less and less communicative. To me, this really is a troubling development, especially with the world's ever increasing technology advancements with easier and better ways to make contact. It should be remembered and stressed that people are resources and must always be treated as such, no matter what the rationale. Once these principals are compromised, the potential for greater deterioration of courtesy and even ethics, begins.
